The Website IT Systems collect some data transmitted implicitly by using Internet Communication Protocols. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Data Controller processes personal data only for providing services available through the website. In particular:

a)    to reply to the requests issued by users in the “Contact Us” page;

b)    to send an informative newsletter, only if the user has previously given his consent.

The legal basis for the processing is the user’s consent.

Providing personal data for the abovementioned purposes is discretionary, but if not provided it could be impossible to inspect your request.

DATA PROCESSING AND DATA RETENTION MODALITIES

TRASMITTING PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD PARTY

Users’ personal data processing shall be carried out exclusively  in Italy, in full compliance with the applicable regulatory framework regarding personal data protection.

However, as this website uses the services offered by Google Analytics in order to be provided with a complete and reliable statistics tool regarding the website use, anonymous data shall be processed also in the United States by subjects applying the Privacy Shield  (Privacy Policy – Opt Out. Subject subscribed to the Privacy Shield).

In order to guarantee the best safeguard of our Users’ privacy, we inform you that we made out Users’ IP anonymous.

In compliance with the applicable laws, you have in any case the right to submit a claim to the Supervisory Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali),  if you suspect your personal data are being illegally processed.
