Member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2003, Andrea Polizzi graduated ​summa cum laude at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 1996. Afterwards, in2002, he obtained a Ph.D.degree in “National and International Trade Law” from the same University. He has a strong expertise in Insurance law, Banking and Financial Market Law, compliance and Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, being all these areas the main fields of the activity of the Law Firm, both in consultancy and in contractual aspects. He is author of numerous publications in the insurance and banking sectors. Andrea Polizzi is also active in training activities – speaker at conferences in Italy and abroad on topics relating to insurance law, compliance, insurance distribution and insurance products, liability pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01. He also holds office as member of the Board of Auditors and Supervisory Boards pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree N. 231/01 in insurance companies, fund management companies (SGR) and national and international industrial groups.

Member of the Bar of Milan since 2001, Lucia Buraggi graduated with honors from the ​Università degli Studi of Milan in 1996. In 2011 she attended a Master Course in Family Mediation in the European Union at the ​Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. She has been collaborating with the D’Argenio Polizzi e Associati Studio Legale since 2015, dealing with civil law, commercial law and contract and family law.

Member of the Bar of Milan, Claudia Spriano graduated ​summa cum laude from ​Università degli Studi of Genoa with a dissertation on IT and Legal IT law relating to Personal data protection. She completed ​cum laude a postgraduate course in “Corporate law”. She participated in and carried out training courses and university courses in company law and privacy law. She has been collaborating with the D’Argenio Polizzi e Associati Studio Legale since 2015, dealing with insurance law, commercial law and personal data protection. She received the title of “Paul Harris Fellow“ from the Rotary Club.

Attorney at law since 2004, admitted before the Supreme Court, he’s a member of the Rome State Bar. He graduated from Università “La Sapienza” di Roma. He’s been collaborating with the law firm since 2019, dealing with Insurance Law and Financial Markets Law. Before joining the law firm, he was an affiliate of the network of lawyers working with the law firm, dealing with disputes that took place in Rome. He also collaborated with other law firms operating in Estate Law, Business law, Banking Law and Labour law.

She’s a member of the Milan State Bar since 2014. In 2010 she graduated in Law with honours from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where she attended the specializing school for legal professions. She joined the law firm in 2019, dealing with Civil disputes, regarding in particular Banking law and Insurance Law. Previously she collaborated with law firms specialized in Banking Law and Real Estate Enforcement Proceedings.

She deals with Banking and Insurance Law.
